George Nettles is a dedicated, discerning, and enthusiastic Realtor at Brokers Guild Cherry Creek Ltd. He is a Colorado transplant who moved here from Atlanta in 1996, because of the great schools, mountains, climate, hospitality, and opportunity.

His background includes a BBA from Emory University in Atlanta with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, and networking certifications from Cisco Systems. His children attended and graduated from Cherry Creek schools and graduated from Colorado State University and the University of Colorado in 2006 and 2007.

George and his family are both avid Mountain Bikers, riding cross country and downhill in the high country, as well as ‘Roadies’  riding throughout Metro Denver. His hobbies include photography and narrow gauge steam railroads in Colorado.

He has a passion for real estate and believes that understanding his clients’ needs and wants by listening to them carefully is the key to successful transactions. His friends and clients appreciate this quality, and as a result, they go out of their way to refer him. George also founded Denver’s Luxury Home Team in 2004.
